AN ACT
Amending Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28-377; relating to electric vehicles.

Section 1. Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-377, to read: START_STATUTE28-377. Electric charging locations; reporting requirements; definition A. An entity, county, municipality or state agency that approves or permits an electric vehicle charging station for public use on their property shall report as soon as practicable to the department all of the following: 1. The location of the electric vehicle charging station. 2. the total number of parking spots designated for electric vehicle charging. b. On or before December 31, 2025 and once every quarter thereafter, The director shall compile a list of all electric VEHICLE charging stations in this state and provide a report to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives. The report shall be updated quarterly to reflect any new or DECOMMISSIONED electric vehicle charging locations. c. for the purposes of this section, "entity" means any BUSINESS THAT provides for the use of electric vehicle charging stations on the BUSINESS'S property.c. for the purposes of this section, "entity" means any BUSINESS THAT provides for the use of electric vehicle charging stations on the BUSINESSE'S property.
