AN ACT
Amending title 41, chapter 2, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-334; relating to notaries.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 41, chapter 2, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-334, to read: START_STATUTE41-334. Notarial services; notarial acts; businesses; prohibition A. an INDIVIDUAL may use the services of any NOTARIAL officer in this state for any NOTARIAL act authorized pursuant to this chapter or by any other law of this state. B. A business in this state may not require AN INDIVIDUAL to use the services of a notarial officer employed by the business for a notarial act. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 2, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-334, to read:
START_STATUTE41-334. Notarial services; notarial acts; businesses; prohibition
A. an INDIVIDUAL may use the services of any NOTARIAL officer in this state for any NOTARIAL act authorized pursuant to this chapter or by any other law of this state.
