(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1.1. Appropriation; department of education; college credit by examination incentive program; intent A. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2025-2026 for this purpose, the sum of $4,214,700 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of education for the college credit by examination incentive program established by section 15-249.06, Arizona Revised Statutes. B. The legislature intends that the college credit by examination incentive program be fully funded in future years. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1.1. Appropriation; department of education; college credit by examination incentive program; intent A. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2025-2026 for this purpose, the sum of $4,214,700 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of education for the college credit by examination incentive program established by section 15-249.06, Arizona Revised Statutes.
