amending title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-407.04; relating to the conduct of elections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-407.04, to read: START_STATUTE16-407.04. Election plan; ballot printing deadline The county board of supervisors, in cooperation and conjunction with the county recorder and county officer in charge of elections, shall include in its adopted election plan the ballot printing deadline for the election.END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-407.04, to read:

The county board of supervisors, in cooperation and conjunction with the county recorder and county officer in charge of elections, shall include in its adopted election plan the ballot printing deadline for the election.END_STATUTE
