AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the governor's office on tribal relations.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; governor's office on tribal relations; San Carlos Apache college; remedial education The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the governor's office on tribal relations established by section 41-2051, Arizona Revised Statutes, to distribute to San Carlos Apache college for remedial education of students who are enrolled in classes conducted at the college. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; governor's office on tribal relations; San Carlos Apache college; remedial education

The sum of $10,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the governor's office on tribal relations established by section 41-2051, Arizona Revised Statutes, to distribute to San Carlos Apache college for remedial education of students who are enrolled in classes conducted at the college.
