AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of administration.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; department of administration; law enforcement data sharing software; exemption A. The following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of administration for distribution to the following entities to expand participation in the pilot program established by Laws 2024, chapter 209, section 127, paragraph 1: 1. Phoenix police department $343,000 2. Mesa police department $215,820 3. Chandler police department $111,725 4. Scottsdale police department $125,895 5. Gilbert police department $101,370 6. Tempe police department $189,660 7. Paradise Valley police department $ 51,775 8. Arizona state university police department $ 64,855 9. Peoria police department $ 83,930 10. Buckeye police department $ 65,945 11. El Mirage police department $ 55,045 12. Tolleson police department $ 50,685 13. Goodyear police department $ 69,215 14. Surprise police department $ 73,575 15. Avondale police department $ 72,485 16. Glendale police department $131,345 17. Department of public safety $574,000 18. Maricopa county sheriff's office $220,000 19. Tucson police department $237,620 20. Oro Valley police department $ 67,035 21. South Tucson police department $ 50,685 22. Marana police department $ 65,000 23. Prescott Valley police department $ 54,000 B. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

A. The following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of administration for distribution to the following entities to expand participation in the pilot program established by Laws 2024, chapter 209, section 127, paragraph 1:
