AN ACT
Amending title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 38-452; relating TO OFFICIAL acts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 38, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 38-452, to read: START_STATUTE38-452. Public officers; photographs; official uses Notwithstanding any other law, A Public officer who holds elected office by election or APPOINTMENT shall provide a photograph that was taken not more than twelve months before the public officer assumed that OFFICE for use in ANY OFFICIAL CAPACITY and for all OFFICIAL PURPOSES. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
