Overview
Mandates that before assuming office, a public officer must provide a photograph for official
use that was taken within the last 12 months.
Provisions
1. Requires all public officers, who hold elected office by election or appointment, to provide
a photograph for official use that was taken within the last 12 months. (Sec. 1)
Amendments
Committee on Judiciary
1. Changes the photograph's requirement from having been taken within the past 12-
months, to having been taken within the past 24-months.
