AN ACT
amending section 14-7670, arizona revised statutes; relating to the arizona uniform transfers to minors act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Heading change The article heading of title 14, chapter 7, article 7, Arizona Revised Statutes, is changed from "arizona uniform transfers to minors act" to "revised arizona uniform transfers to minors act". Sec. 2. Section 14-7670, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE14-7670. Termination of custodianship The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or the minor's estate on the earlier earliest of: 1. The minor's twenty-first twenty-fifth birthday with respect to custodial property transferred pursuant to section 14-7654 or 14-7655. 2. The minor's eighteenth birthday with respect to custodial property transferred pursuant to section 14-7656 or 14-7657. 3. The minor's death. END_STATUTE

Sec. 2. Section 14-7670, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
START_STATUTE14-7670. Termination of custodianship

1. The minor's twenty-first twenty-fifth birthday with respect to custodial property transferred pursuant to section 14-7654 or 14-7655.
