AN ACT

 

amending title 13, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-912; relating to probation.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 13, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-912, to read: START_STATUTE13-912. Apprenticeship programs; hours; location A probationer who is on Standard probation and who is participating in a state or federally recognized apprenticeship program may do both of the following: 1. Work at any hours of the day as long as the probationer remains in good standing with the apprenticeship program. 2. Travel within this state outside of the jurisdiction in which the probationer resides to work in the apprenticeship program. END_STATUTE   

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 13, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-912, to read:

START_STATUTE13-912. Apprenticeship programs; hours; location
