AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of administration.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; department of administration; law enforcement data sharing software; exemption A. The following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of administration for distribution to the following entities to expand participation in the pilot program established by Laws 2024, chapter 209, section 127, paragraph 1: 1. Phoenix police department $343,000 2. Mesa police department $215,820 3. Chandler police department $111,725 4. Scottsdale police department $125,895 5. Gilbert police department $101,370 6. Salt River police department $ 75,210 7. Tempe police department $189,660 8. Paradise Valley police department $ 51,775 9. Arizona state university police department $ 64,855 10. Peoria police department $ 83,930 11. Buckeye police department $ 65,945 12. El Mirage police department $ 55,045 13. Tolleson police department $ 50,685 14. Goodyear police department $ 69,215 15. Surprise police department $ 73,575 16. Avondale police department $ 72,485 17. Glendale police department $131,345 18. Department of public safety $574,000 19. Maricopa county sheriff's office $220,000 20. Tucson police department $237,620 21. Oro Valley police department $ 67,035 22. South Tucson police department $ 50,685 23. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

A. The following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of administration for distribution to the following entities to expand participation in the pilot program established by Laws 2024, chapter 209, section 127, paragraph 1:
