AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the arizona department of agriculture; relating to agriculture.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; Arizona department of agriculture; intent A. In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2025-2026, the sum of $957,180 and five full-time equivalent positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Arizona department of agriculture for: 1. Three livestock inspectors. 2. One veterinary assistant. 3. One veterinary technician. B. The legislature intends that $532,725 and five full-time equivalent positions of the appropriations made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
