amending section 49-784, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to solid waste management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 49-784, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE49-784. Venue An action filed pursuant to sections section 49-781, 49-782 or 49-783 shall be brought in the superior court for in the county in which the alleged violation occurred or in which the department maintains an office. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 49-784, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
