AN ACT

 

amending title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 16-407.04; relating to the conduct of elections.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-407.04, to read: START_STATUTE16-407.04. Voter list; cast vote record; public record A. Notwithstanding any other law, within one hour after the CLOSING of the polls for each election, The county recorder shall make available as a public record the following: 1. The name, voter identification number and political party registration, if any, of every person who voted in that election. 2. The cast vote record in a sortable format. B. The county recorder shall not randomize or otherwise alter the original files. C. The information and records prescribed by subsection A of this section constitute a public record.END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 16, chapter 4, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 16-407.04, to read:
