AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the department of economic security.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; child care assistance A. The sum of $112,450,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of economic security for child care assistance. B. The sum of $78,653,000 is appropriated from the federal child care and development fund monies that constitute the quality set-aside monies as defined in section 46-805, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of economic security for child care assistance. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of economic security; child care assistance

A. The sum of $112,450,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of economic security for child care assistance.

B. The sum of $78,653,000 is appropriated from the federal child care and development fund monies that constitute the quality set-aside monies as defined in section 46-805, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of economic security for child care assistance.
