California Blueberry Commission. Existing law establishes various commissions to promote agricultural products from the state. This bill would declare the Legislature's intent to enact legislation that would establish within state government the California Blueberry Commission to promote research, marketing, and education regarding California's blueberry industry. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would establish within state government the California Blueberry Commission to promote research, marketing, and education regarding California's blueberry industry.
