State real property. Existing law authorizes the Director of the Department of General Services to acquire and dispose of state real property under specified conditions. This bill would authorize the department to execute an agreement in the best interests of the state to modify the real property boundary lines, dividing state and private property, along the area known as the River to Ridge Trail, from Kennedy Park to Skyline Park, in Napa County. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: yes. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Department of General Services is authorized to execute an agreement in the best interests of the state with Syar Industries to modify the real property boundary lines that divide Syar property and state property along the area known as the River to Ridge Trail, from Kennedy Park to Skyline Park, in Napa County.
