Existing law requires the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to supervise the operation of all approved milk inspection services, as specified, and the regulations which are adopted by him or her. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 33082 of the Food and Agricultural Code is amended to read: 33082. The  director   secretary  shall supervise the operation of all approved milk inspection services in the enforcement of this division and the regulations which are adopted by him or her.
