Existing law establishes the Curriculum Development and Supplemental Materials Commission in state government and requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction or his representative to serve as executive secretary to the commission. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 33534 of the Education Code is amended to read: 33534.
