Section 832.02 is added to the Penal Code, to read: 832.02. The Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training may accept the satisfactory completion of training as a military police officer in the United States Armed Forces as an alternative to completion of the requirements specified in subdivision (a) of Section 832.
