Existing law provides for the development and construction of a state-owned and state-operated Northern California Veterans Cemetery located in northern California. This bill would recognize the Vietnam veterans, sculpture located in the Northern California Veterans Cemetery as an official state memorial for Vietnam veterans. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. The Vietnam veterans' sculpture located in the Northern California Veterans Cemetery shall be recognized as an official state memorial for Vietnam veterans.
