LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 30, as introduced, Simitian. Kindergarten: age of admission. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no.
