Under existing law, the Nursing Home Administrators' Act, the State Department of Public Health licenses and regulates nursing home administrators. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 1416 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read: 1416. This chapter shall be  known   known,  and may be  cited   cited,  as the Nursing Home Administrators' Act.
