Existing law, except for initiatives and referendums, vests the legislative power of this state in the California Legislature, which consists of the Senate and Assembly. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to create a task force to implement guidelines to create a health impacts framework for legislative bill analysis.
