This bill would require a state agency to post on its Internet Web site anydocumentreport it is requiredor requestedby law to submit to a committee of the Legislature. The bill would specify that a "report" includes a study or audit, or a budget change proposal that has been approved by the Department of Finance and submitted to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, the Assembly Committee on Budget, or the Senate Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review.
