Under the act, a licensees failure to allow an inspection, or any part of an inspection, is grounds for suspension or revocation of the licensees license.This bill would require the board, by July 1, 2018, to adopt regulations requiring all dental clinics to inspect lines, faucets, and any other object or system that delivers water into the dental clinic or for use on patients.
