The State Historical Building Code provides for alternative regulations and standards for the rehabilitation, preservation, restoration, or relocation of qualified historical buildings or structures, and requires all state agencies and local authorities to administer and enforce that code with respect to historical buildings or structures under their respective jurisdictions.
