(B)Outlines the responsibilities of the school district and the food bank to ensure accountability and consensus.(C)Requires the food bank to ensure safe and proper handling of the food product that complies with all applicable local, state, and federal food safety laws.(D)Is in writing and is signed by the school coordinator selected pursuant to paragraph (1) and a food bank representative.(c)(1)The department shall provide guidance and general direction to school districts on what to consider in creating partnership agreements pursuant to this section.(2)The department shall annually administer a survey to assess the need for pupil access to additional sources of food assistance.
