(a) Two million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,250,000) for the California Museums for All established in Chapter 1.17 (commencing with Section 5079.80) of Division 5 of the Public Resources Code.

(b) Two million twenty-five thousand dollars ($2,025,000) for the Museum and Cultural Resources Program established in Article 5 (commencing with Section 20090) of Chapter 13 of Part 11 of Division 1 of Title 1 of the Education Code.

(c) Two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) for the administrative costs of the California Museums for All and the Museum and Cultural Resources Program.





Upon receiving a petition signed by one-third of the city electors, the legislative body shall establish a museum in that city. Where several petitions are submitted, they shall be in substantially the same form.
