The sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Controller for allocation to local governmental entities for the provision of supplemental law enforcement services to private schools, private colleges, or private universities pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (a) of Section 53069.8 of the Government Code.
