Existing law also requires an early education program provided by a local educational agency to include services specially designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with exceptional needs from birth to 3 years of age and their families. Existing law also requires an early education program provided by a local educational agency to include services specially designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with exceptional needs from birth to 3 years of age and their families. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the early education program provisions.
