A person who violates a provision of the Radiologic Technology Act or regulation of the department adopted pursuant to that act is guilty of a misdemeanor.This bill would, notwithstanding the above-described requirements, authorize the department to issue a nonrenewable, temporary 9-month fluoroscopy permit to a licensed physician and surgeon or a licensed doctor of podiatric medicine who has submitted an application and is awaiting examination for a fluoroscopy certificate.
