This bill would require the campuses, as specified, to also post this information on flyers in campus restrooms and gymnasiums. By imposing new requirements on community college districts, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the state.
