Go Green specialized license plates would only be available for zero-emission vehicles. This bill would require the Department to deposit revenue generated by the Go Green specialized license plate program, after administrative costs have been deducted, in the Enhanced Fleet Modernization Subaccount to help provide additional funding for the retirement of older polluting vehicles and incentivize the purchase of new and used zero-emission vehicles.Digest Key Vote: MAJORITY Appropriation: NO Fiscal Committee: YES Local Program: NO Bill TextThe people of the State of California do enact as follows:SECTION 1.
