To the extent the bill imposes additional duties on a local agency, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the state. (b) A multimodal transit station, or a transit station that is proposed to serve Californias high-speed rail system pursuant to the Safe, Reliable High-Speed Passenger Train Bond Act for the 21st Century (Chapter 20 (commencing with Section 2704) of the Streets and Highways Code), that commences operations or a renovation station that begins construction or renovation on or after January 1, 2021, shall include a lactation room.
SEC. 2.SEC. 3. If the Commission on State Mandates determines that this act contains costs mandated by the state, reimbursement to local agencies and school districts for those costs shall be made pursuant to Part 7 (commencing with Section 17500) of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
