CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE 20192020 REGULAR SESSIONThis bill would establish the Bay Area Clean Air Incentive Program, to be administered by the district, to provide funding through a grant program to retrofit ventilation systems to create a network of clean air centers within the boundaries of the district in order to mitigate the adverse public health impacts due to wildfires and other smoke events, as specified.
