WHEREAS, Inflammatory breast cancer is a rare and aggressive type of breast cancer in which the cancer cells block the lymph vessels in the skin of the breast; and
WHEREAS, Inflammatory breast cancer is called inflammatory because the breast often looks swollen, red, and inflamed, and most inflammatory breast cancers develop from cells that line the milk ducts of the breast and then spread; and
