The bill would require an animal disaster evacuation plan to include, at a minimum, specified information, including contact information for the primary and secondary kennel emergency contact persons and the kennel facility floor plan. By imposing a new duty on local government, this bill would impose a state-mandated local program.The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the state.
