Mobilehome parks.Existing law prohibits, until January 1, 2030, an owner of residential real property from terminating the tenancy of certain tenants without just cause, either at-fault or no-fault of the tenant. Under existing law, residential real property means any dwelling or unit that is intended for human habitation, including any dwelling or unit in a mobilehome park. Existing law establishes specific provisions applicable to the termination of a tenancy in a mobilehome.
