Existing law also requires the printed portion of the contract to be in eight-point type. Existing law makes a violation of these provisions a crime.This bill would require the printed portion of the contract to be in 12-point font.The California Constitution requires the state to reimburse local agencies and school districts for certain costs mandated by the state. Statutory provisions establish procedures for making that reimbursement.This bill would provide that no reimbursement is required by this act for a specified reason.Existing law makes the exhibition of any motion picture a nuisance if any intentional killing of, or cruelty to, a human being or an animal is shown in the motion picture and such action actually occurred in the production of the motion picture, unless certain exceptions apply.
