(a) The department shall, on an annual basis, include a report on its internet website that allows the public to view statewide-level data for pupils who are individuals with exceptional needs, disaggregated by the identified disability or disabilities, as listed in Section 300.8(a)(1) of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, for each of the following:(1) Scores on the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress in English language arts, mathematics, and science.(2) Scores on the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California or any subsequent assessment of English proficiency, as certified by the state board.(3) Rates of chronic absenteeism.(4) Rates of suspension.(5) Four- and five-year cohort graduation rates.(6) College going rates.(b) For purposes of this section, a pupil who is an individual with exceptional needs shall have the same meaning as child with a disability as that phrase is defined in Section 300.8(a)(1) of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
