Food and agriculture: feed additives or ingredients: safety.Existing law establishes the Department of Food and Agriculture, under the control of the Secretary of Food and Agriculture, which regulates, among other things, certain animal feedlots, and requires operators of those businesses to be registered with the secretary, as specified.
