Expanded Learning Opportunities Program: supplementary academic instruction and high-impact tutoring.Existing law establishes the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program and requires school districts and eligible charter schools, as a condition of receipt of specified program funds, to offer to all pupils in classroom-based instructional programs in kindergarten and grades 1 to 6, inclusive, access to expanded learning opportunity programs, as described.
