for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021. In Session Laws of Colorado2
2021, amend section 41 of chapter 222, (SB 21-268), as follows:3
Section 41.  Appropriation. (1)  For the 2021-22 state fiscal year,4
$3,500,000 $1,750,000 is appropriated to the department of education.5
This appropriation is from the workers, employers, and workforce centers6
cash fund created in section 24-75-231, C.R.S., and 
IS of money the state7
received from the federal coronavirus state fiscal recovery fund. To8
implement this act, the department may use this appropriation as follows:

(a)  $1,750,000 for the concurrent enrollment expansion and10
innovation grant program; and PROGRAM. ANY MONEY APPROPRIATED IN11
