department of health care policy and financing shall administer the
reproductive health-care program from January 1, 2022, to July 1, 2022.

SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 25.5-2-103, amend2
(2) as follows:3
25.5-2-103.  Reproductive health-care program - report - rules4
- definitions. (2)  On and after January 1, 2022 JULY 1, 2022, the state5
department shall administer a reproductive health-care program, referred6
to in this section as the "program", that provides contraceptive methods7
and counseling services to participants.8
SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,9
determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate10
preservation of the public peace, health, or safety.11
