Summary of Legislation The bill sunsets the Juvenile Justice Reform Committee, which is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2022, and makes conforming changes to statute. Assessment of No Fiscal Impact Under current law, the Juvenile Justice Reform Commit tee is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2022. Because the bill does not extend the committee and only make conforming changes in statute, the bill will not impact state and local government revenue and expenditures. For this reason, it has been assessed as having no fiscal impact. For informational purposes, the committee has costs of $77,500 in FY 2020-21.
