WHEREAS, The dedication and achievements of single parents1 deserve recognition; and2 WHEREAS, In 1984, then-President Ronald Reagan declared3 March 21 as "National Single Parent Day"; now, therefore,4 Be It Resolved by the Senate of the Seventy-third General5 Assembly of the State of Colorado:6 7 That we, the members of the Colorado Senate, designate March8 21, 2022, as "Single Parent Day in Colorado" in recognition of the9 dedication and achievements of all single parents.10 Be It Further Resolved, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to11 Janice S.
