This fiscal assessment is for the impact of the bill with inclusion of this amendment only. Any other added amendment could influence the fiscal impact. Summary of Proposed Amendment Amendment L.001 removes the provision that allows the Statewide Health Care Review Committee to meet up to four times during the 2025 interim. Fiscal Impact of Amendment With the adoption of Amendment L.001, the Statewide Health Care Review Committee will only meet up to two times in the 2025 interim, as allowed under current law, and produce a report. This additional workload is absorbable within existing appropriations. Bill’s Revised Fiscal Impact with Amendment The bill is assessed as having a minimal workload impact to the Legislative Department, the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, and the Department of Regulatory Agencies and no change in appropriations is required.
