ONCERNING HONORING KOREAN WAR VETERANS.101
WHEREAS, The Korean War, often called the "Forgotten War",1
took place from 1950 through 1953, during which brave American2
soldiers and allies fought to defend freedom and democracy under harsh3
conditions; and4
WHEREAS, Korean War veterans sacrificed greatly, returning5
home to little recognition, yet their courage and commitment remain a6
testament to their patriotism; and7
WHEREAS, The sacrifices of these veterans are now more fully8
appreciated, and their legacy has become an essential part of our nation's9
history; now, therefore,10
Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Seventy-fifth11
