The program issued grants in FY 2006-07 and recipient institutions of higher education were required to report to the CDPHE by March 15, 2007. Assessment of No Fiscal Impact The bill repeals a program that has been inactive since 2007. For this reason, the bill is assessed as having no fiscal impact. Effective Date The bill takes effect 90 days following adjournment of the General Assembly sine die, assuming no referendum petition is filed.
